Each year on November 4th we gather as a community to remember the warriors we've lost to Heterotaxy.

As our community continues to grow, we are changing the way we honor the ones we've lost this year. Instead of individual posts, we will share video slideshows throughout the day, each celebrating multiple Heterotaxy angels together in one moving tribute.

We invite every family to fill out this form, even if you've submitted in past years, so we can include a shorter remembrance message to fit this new format. Please share one photo you'd like us to feature this year, and you may upload up to two additional photos for possible use in future remembrance videos.
