Open Position: Individual Giving Lead

The Lead to Individual Giving will oversee and help maintain a growing list of donors by

  • Creating focused fundraising campaigns for target time frames such as Giving Tuesday, Year-End, Awareness, etc.

  • Cultivating a cycle stewardship for lasting donor journeys (new donors, recurring donors, major donors)

  • Drafting appeal emails and letters to potential and current donors

Estimated time commitment: 5 hours weekly

Preferred skill set:

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Willingness to learn online email and graphics platforms

  • Ability to establish and follow strategic content management timelines

  • Bonus, but not required: Experience with Canva, Google, Fundraising, and/or CRM platforms.

  • An understanding of Heterotaxy and what a diagnosis means for patients and families.
