Nick Sabin serves as President of Heterotaxy Connection. After becoming a parent to a child with heterotaxy, he dove into learning everything he could—connecting with families, listening to lived experiences, and translating that learning into action. Nick is focused on building systems that help families feel less alone and better supported from day one, while also strengthening the organization’s ability to grow sustainably. His leadership is shaped by resilience, empathy, and a deep belief that community changes outcomes. Outside of advocacy work, Nick is grounded by family, the outdoors, and the reminder that showing up for others—especially in hard seasons—matters.
